Abstract

In the modern economy, training is one of the most important strategic tools of the company. A lot depends on the personnel policy, and first of all, how efficiently the workforce is used and the efficiency of the enterprise or company. The volume and timeliness of work, the use of technology, the profit received and a number of other economic indicators will depend on this.
