MIKROORGANIZMLARDAN LIPAZA FERMENTI SINTEZLASH

Ushbu tezis mikroorganizmlardan lipaza fermentini ishlab chiqarish jarayonini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Lipaza – yog‘larni parchalovchi muhim ferment bo‘lib, oziq-ovqat, farmatsevtika, kosmetika va biotexnologiya kabi ko‘plab sanoat sohalarida keng qo‘llaniladi.Tezisda mikroorganizmlardan lipaza fermentini ishlab chiqarishning ahamiyati va ulardan foydalanish sohalari tahlil qilinadi. Keyingi bosqichlarda mikroorganizmlarni tanlash mezonlari, ular uchun ozuqa muhitini tayyorlash, fermentatsiya jarayonini optimallashtirish, lipazani ajratish va tozalash texnologiyalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Bu tadqiqot mikroorganizmlar asosida lipaza fermentini ishlab chiqarishni chuqur o‘rganish bilan birga, sanoat uchun yanada samarali va ekologik xavfsiz biotexnologik yechimlarni taklif etadi.
