Abstract

Erta ta'lim sohasida amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlarning amaliy aks etishi pedagoglarning e'tiqodi va amaliyoti bilan bog'liq. Ushbu ishning dolzarbligi ta'lim jarayonlarining globallashuvi bilan bog'liq. Maqolada pedagoglar faoliyatini baholashda xalqaro amaliyot tahlil qilingan. Natijalar pedagoglarning e'tiqodlari va amaliyotlarini baholashning ixtisoslashtirilgan mexanizmlarini joriy etish, omillar tahlilini o'tkazish va keyinchalik ma'lumotlardan ta'limni isloh qilishda foydalanish zarurligini ko'rsatadi. Bundan tashqari, tahlil xalqaro miqyosda tan olingan baholash tizimlariga muvofiq innovatsion baholash vositalarini ishlab chiqish va moslashtirish uchun zarur bo'lgan talablarni aniqlaydi. Pedagoglarning e’tiqodi va amaliyotini baholashning yagona davlat standartini yaratish, erta savodxonlikni rivojlantirishga yo‘naltirilgan chuqurroq tahlil qilish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar berilgan.
