Abstract
Avvalroq AQShda bo‘lib o‘tgan ilmiy anjumanda rivojlangan davlatlar, xususan, Yaponiya va AQSH davlat va nodavlat tashkilotlarida kadrlar sifatini boshqarish tajribasi haqida maqola e’lon qilgan edik. Maqolada xodimlarni boshqarish bo'yicha xorijiy tajribadan foydalangan holda jamoat yoki nodavlat tashkilotni rivojlantirish uchun yaxshi rivojlangan imkoniyatlar, shuningdek, korxonalarni rivojlantirish va tashkil etishda inson omillari muammolari bilan shug'ullanadigan olimlarning saqlanib qolgan ilmiy ishlari keltirilgan. Ushbu tezisda maqolada keltirilgan ma'lumotlar, jumladan, Yaponiya va AQShda kadrlar sifatini boshqarish tajribasi tahlil qilinadi.
