Abstract

This article provides information about the relationship between food and culture. As an everyday activity, sustaining our life, eating experiences reveal complex relationship between food and society, involving material and symbolic aspects of cultures, dietary order. I course of a history, food becomes a central identity marker, defining personality, social class, lifestyles, gender roles and relationships changing through time and space. A simple analysis about food realias blurt out differences in culture, technology of cooking and ingredients of food. those analysis could be a model for researchers anywhere who wish to investigate their professional practice.
