Abstract
This study looks at different ways to help teachers deal with stress and challenges at work. It talks about relaxation methods such as yoga and meditation, the importance of balancing work and personal life, organizing tasks efficiently, and having support from colleagues. It also talks about how physical activity, thinking positively, and understanding emotions can make teachers feel better.
