Abstract

Physical culture and sports are an organic part of universal human culture, its special independent area. Physical culture and sports actively influence the vital aspects of the human body, obtained in the form of inclinations that develop during life under the influence of the environment. At their core, physical culture and sport have expedient motor activity in the form of physical exercises, which make it possible to effectively form the necessary physical abilities, optimizing the state of health.
