Abstract
Maqolada sog'lom turmush tarzining markaziy komponenti sifatida to'g'ri ovqatlanishning asosiy jihatlari muhokama qilinadi. Sog'lom ovqatlanish deganda inson tanasining normal o'sishi, rivojlanishi va ishlashini ta'minlaydigan, salomatlikni mustahkamlaydigan va kasallik xavfini kamaytiradigan oziq-ovqatlarni iste'mol qilish tushuniladi.
