Abstract

Ushbu maqolada metallar va metall oksidli o'ta o'tkazgichlarning xususiyatlari, turlari, qo'llanilish sohalari va istiqbollari haqida batafsil ma'lumot berilgan. Metallar va metall oksidli o'ta o'tkazgichlarning elektr va magnit xususiyatlari, shuningdek, ularni ishlab chiqarish usullari va tadqiqot uslublari yoritilgan. Maqolada keltirilgan tadqiqot natijalari va tahlillar ushbu sohadagi so'nggi yutuqlar va kelajakdagi istiqbollar haqida qimmatli ma'lumotlarni taqdim etadi.
