Abstract
In the article, working with new innovations in today's conditions of education, developing students' educational activities, preparing them for a profession in accordance with world requirements requires high technological knowledge, potential and work from a modern teacher, who has sufficient intellectual potential, independent thinking based on the modern achievements of science and the need to educate people who can reason and create a perfect system for training competitive, highly qualified personnel, a comparative description of the advantages and disadvantages of traditional and non-traditional education, issues of more effective organization of the educational process, methods and necessary aspects of how to use modern innovative technologies and methods during classes described in detail.
