Abstract

Tibbiy xizmat ko’rsatish sifati tibbiyot xodimlari va bemorlar o’rtasidagi samarali muloqotga bog’liqdir. Yaxshi muloqot nafaqat davolanish jarayonini tezlashtiradi, balki bemorning ruhiy holatini ham yaxshilaydi. Bugungi kunda, texnologiyaning rivojlanishi tufayli tibbiyot sohasida shifokorlar va bemorlar o’rtasidagi muloqotni ta’minlovchi bir nechta tizimlar mavjud. Ushbu maqolada shunday tizimlardan biri “Medical consultant” ilovasi haqida so’z yuritiladi.
