Abstract

Anor mevasi va po’stlog’i haqida juda ko’plab ma’lumotlar bor.Oziq-ovqat sanoatida,farmatsevtika,kimyosanoatida anor mevasi va po’stlog’idan olinadigan biologik aktiv moddalarga bo’lgan ehtiyoj kundan kunga ortib bormoqda.Anor po‘stidagi biologik faol moddalarni sanoat miqyosida qayta ishlash va undan olinadigan moddalarning ishlatilish sohasining kengligi unga bo‘lgan qiziqishni oshiradi.
