Zamonaviy psixologiyada ta'lim jarayonida talabalar o'quv faoliyati samaradorligini ta'minlashda rag'batlantirish va jazolash usullarini qo'llashning o'ziga xosligi talabalar tomonidan amalga oshiriladigan faoliyatning xususiyatlarini hisobga olishni talab qiladi. Maqolada rag'batlantirish va jazolash fenomenlari talabalar o'quv faoliyati samaradorligini ta'minlovchi omil ekanligi haqidagi savol ko'rib chiqiladi. Rag'batlantirish va jazolardan foydalanishdagi ziddiyatlar, shuningdek, ularning talaba yoshlarga ta'siri darajasi aniqlanadi.
