Abstract

The introduction of implants into dentistry with the aim of improving the functionality of the dentofacial system, as well as increasing the aesthetic qualities of patients, can be considered a significant breakthrough since the method of casting models was developed in the early 19th century. With the development of implantology and orthopedic dentistry in general, many different orthopedic structures have appeared to solve various clinical problems and methods of their fixation.
