Abstract

Biz yangi usullarni qo'llash bo'yicha tadqiqotlarimizning davomi sifatida organik funktsional guruh o'zgarishlarida katalizatorlarni, yangi, samarali va yengil protsedurani ochib beramiz. Turli xil gidroksil guruhlarini trimetilsilillash HMDS aspartik kislotaning katalitik miqdori mavjud. Dastlab ushbu protsedura-ga mos erituvchini topishda biz trimetilsilizatsiyasi uchun turli xil erituvchilarni skrining qildik. Katalizator ishtirokida HMDS bilan 4-bromobenzil spirti aspar-tik kislota miqdori 1-jadvaldan ko'rinib turibdiki, 4-bromobenzil spirti asetonit-rilda tezroq silillangan. Shunday qilib, biz HMDS va aspartik kislota tomonidan gidroksil guruhini himoya qilish uchun hal qiluvchi sifatida asetonitrildan foydalanishga qaror qildik.
