Abstract

Obesity has emerged as a global health crisis, posing significant challenges to individuals and societies. This scientific article reviews current research and explores multifaceted approaches to reduce and eliminate obesity in the population. The article examines key interventions, preventive measures, and lifestyle modifications that have shown promise in combating obesity. By synthesizing existing knowledge, this article aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the strategies that can contribute to a healthier and more resilient population.
