AUDIT INSPECTIONS OF STATE PURCHASES AND CONTRACTS SIGNED ON THE BASIS OF TENDER IN BUDGETARY ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract
The paper aims to clarify the relationship between budget organizations and suppliers of goods, work and service providers. It studies the process of public procurement in budget organizations and suggests improvement of the current situation based on foreign experiences. In the study, the practical case of ensuring the openness of the budget process was considered on the example of the activity of the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which is the highest body of state external audit and financial control.
