Abstract

Хронический кашель определяется как ежедневный кашель, сохраняющийся более 4 недель. Затяжной бактериальный бронхит (ЗББ) является частой причиной хронического влажного кашля у детей дошкольного возраста без симптомов или признаков других специфических причин, и его разрешение обычно наступает после 2-недельного курса соответствующего перорального антибиотика. Диагноз в основном клинический; как правило, инструментальные исследования не требуются.
